Raleigh police investigating report of woman screaming in back of car

Posted July 27

— Raleigh police are asking for the public's help after receiving a report Sunday of a woman screaming in the back seat of a car.

Investigators said the woman, who appeared to be between the ages of 18 and 20, was last seen in a silver or gray Acura RL or Acura TL that was pulling out of a shopping center in the 1100 block of North Raleigh Boulevard around 2 p.m.

The car is believed to be somewhere between a 2000 to 2003 model, police said. It has a 30-day temporary license plate with the first two tag numbers being 2 and 0.

The woman is black with a heavyset build and is believed to be around 5 feet 5 inches tall or shorter. She was wearing blue jeans and a dark-blue or black T-shirt with lettering on the front.

Two other people were reportedly in the car – a woman who was driving and a man.

The driver was described as being black with a thin build and in her late 20s to early 30s. She was wearing a black dress that might have had an orange pattern on it.

The man is believed to be black, in his mid-30s to early 40s and is about 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 230 pounds. He was wearing blue jeans or blue denim shorts and a blue or black T-shirt.

Anyone with information that might help police find the car or identify the people inside is asked to call 911.

Interesting whenever the liberal news is called out on their transgressions the liberals have to throw up that tired old argument.

And by the way, I have NEVER watched Fox News in my life, BUT I doubt it is any more biased than WRAL, probably just in the other direction.

To all you people who think this is probably a kid throwing a tantrum, or making light of this story, I have never seen someone drive off with an adult in the back seat screaming. Until they figure out what was behind this, they should keep looking.

What if? What if the 'eye witness' got the ages a little bit off. The 'possible victim' a little younger and the 'other woman' a little older, say, same as the man. A shopping center parking lot. How many of you have ever waited till you got to the car to throw a 'tantrum' at your parents because they didn't buy you something you wanted or let you hang out with your friends. Who knows?
