Raleigh police issued a warning after two girls reported being followed in south Raleigh on Friday.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police issued a warning after two girls reported being followed in south Raleigh on Friday.

The two separate incidents occurred a relatively short distance from each other, police said.

One happened at the intersection of West Lee and Holman streets, and the second was reported in the 500 block of Lleagnes Road.

Police urged parents and children in the area to take extra precautions.
