Raleigh police: Employees forced into freezer during Dunkin' Donuts armed robbery

Raleigh police were searching for two men early Saturday in connection with a Friday night armed robbery at a Dunkin' Donuts on Six Forks Road.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police were searching for two men early Saturday in connection with a Friday night armed robbery at a Dunkin' Donuts on Six Forks Road.

According to investigators, two armed men wearing masks entered the business at about 10 p.m. At least one shot was fired during the robbery, but the two employees working at the time were not injured.

Before leaving, the men forced the employees into store's freezer.

One suspect stood about 5 feet 11 inches tall and has a medium build, police said. He was wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt.

The other suspect also had a medium build, and he was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and New York Yankees baseball cap.
