Raleigh parks invites kids to try tennis for free

Millbrook Exchange Tennis Center, part of Raleigh's parks system, will offer free tennis lessons for kids ages 6 to 10.

Kids will get instruction on each of the tennis strokes and then play short matches. No experience is needed. And you don't need to bring a racquet. Racquets will be available to borrow.

The free program is offered from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., Feb. 13, Feb. 15, Feb. 20 and Feb. 22. Kids can attend any or all of the sessions.
