Raleigh parents accused of injuring baby with chemicals

Posted November 19, 2010

— A Raleigh man and woman are accused of injuring their 1-year-old daughter during a fight in which they threw chemicals at each other, according to arrest warrants.

Andrew Morgan Prioleau, 21, of 4005 Bearmont Place, and Kheeyana Marie Allen, 18, of 605 Juno Court, were arrested Thursday and charged with simple assault and misdemeanor child abuse.

Arrest warrants stated that the couple threw chemicals "on and around" the child during a fight. Police did not say what kinds of chemicals were used or what injuries the girl sustained.

The suspects were being held in the Wake County jail.

Mugu, you are right. People just whatever feels good and are selfish in all of their actions! They live by this "I don't have to do whatever is "normal"...I don't have to follow the "rules"....I don't have to do things the way my parents did them...." This is why society is going downhill everyday! People do as they please and not what is right for their families and their children.

People, Wake UP! More than half (51%+) of all African Americans die from abortion. Google 'Margaret Sanger' (founder of planned parenthood) and listen to what she had to say...

What ever happened to marriage before you started a family to make sure that you could stand each other?

Like how the divorce rate is so high or why spouses off each other? A child is not a reason to get married, stay married and marriage doesn't mean you'll be a better parent/person or make better judgement as some people get married for all the wrong reasons from the start. Sadly, marriage doesn't hold the same values and morals as it once did.

This child will grow up and be just like her parents. That's just the way it is. I feel sorry for the child.
Both parents sold drugs/were incarcerated. Mom left us with grandmother, baby brother born while incarcerated. I have custody of ALL my children. If she couldn’t raise her own how could she raise mine? Also, I never sold drugs and have a clean record. Not all people become a product of their environment; some take the experience to become better. Some have better experiences and screw up. Your comment was very simple and offensive to those who worked hard even when all the odds were against them. I also had my first child at 17. I graduated, bust my tail working and with the support of my grandmother didn’t have to utilize the system. I didn’t get the higher education I wanted but hard work and dedication landed me a position with the top medical entity in this state and I support my family. So no, we all don’t have babies for checks.
