Loretta Lynn Watson, 29, of 121 Gilbert Ave., has been charged with child neglect, police said.

<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — A Raleigh mother is accused of leaving her 2-year-old child home alone for four hours Sunday.

According to the arrest warrant, Watson left the child unattended from 12:30 a.m. to 4:30 a.m.

Watson was being held under a $1,500 bond at the Wake County Jail.
