RALEIGH, N.C. — A Raleigh man pled guilty in federal court Wednesday to receiving and possessing child pornography.

John Louis Lewandowski, 51, admitted to having copies of child pornography videos when federal agents searched his home, authorities said. "Numerous" videos and pictures of child pornography were also found on his computer, authorities said.

Lewandowski faces between 5 and 20 years on each of the 14 counts of receiving child pornography, and up to 20 years for possessing child pornography. His sentence could increase if he has prior convictions for aggravated sexual abuse, sexual abuse, abusive conduct involving a minor or ward; sex trafficking of children; or the production, receipt, possession, sale, distribution, shipment, or transportation of child pornography.
