Raleigh man indicted on breaking-and-entering charges

— A Raleigh man accused of robbing commercial vehicles was indicted Tuesday on multiple counts of larceny.

Rodney Wilson, whose age and address were not available, faces 25 counts of motor vehicle breaking and entering, 25 counts of larceny and a count of conspiracy.

Police said Wilson and another man, Darrick Johnson, allegedly broke into vehicles belonging to AT&T and Terminix and that they stole gas cards to buy gasoline.

    Private citizens own small businesses that have have commercial vehicles and property. Large businesses are owned by stockholders that are private citizens. Crime affects all of us.

    While I don't condone the crime, I am happy that it was commercial vehicles instead of private citizens. I would have been more happy if it had been oil company vehicles. Just sayin'!
