RALEIGH, N.C. — A Raleigh man was arrested Tuesday on charges that he raped a 12-year-old child.

Jeremy Samuel Jones, 26, of 204 Farrington Drive, Apt. B, is charged with one count each of first-degree rape and second-degree kidnapping and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
