Jason Shane Harris, 38, was charged Thursday with possessing lithium, a chemical used to make meth, maintaining a dwelling for drug use and manufacturing methamphetamine.

Admitted, I don't know what it takes to make meth. Was he using the medication Lithium, lithium from batteries or some other form of the metal compound? To be sure he had other compounds in his possession to make meth that put together would create the drug. What a way to waste a life.

    Bond isn't a punishment

Kill a child with your car and your bond is $50k. Possess a chemical used to make meth and your bond is $150k. Our criminal justice system is a pig circus.
