<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — A Raleigh man faces charges after police said he went into the public women’s restroom.

Antonio Marquis Carter, 19, of 2435 Wycliff Road, Apartment J, in Raleigh, is charged with entering a public toilet facility of the opposite sex, according to an arrest warrant.

The incident allegedly occurred on April 30, but the exact location was not available.
