— A Raleigh man faces charges that he threatened three people with a pistol and robbed them, according to arrest warrants.

Ricardo Jermel Fogg, 23, of 5409 Portree Lane, Apt. 10, was arrested Friday on three counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon in connection with the May 10 robberies.

Altogether, he stole phones, wallets and other valuables worth more than $1,800, the warrants state.

Fogg was being held in the Wake County jail Sunday under a $150,000 bond. He also faces marijuana possession charges in Duplin County.

He is on probation for a July 2011 conviction for misdemeanor assault on a female, according to state Division of Adult Correction records.

"I hope that he is not only kept off of the streets for a long while"

Yeah, right! He'll probably be out on probation in less than a year.

Glad he is off of the street now! And I hope that he is not only kept off of the streets for a long while, but learns his lesson and straitens up, or finds God or something while he sits in prison.

While he most likely won't make bail, it's still too low for what he did. Glad they caught him, because number four could ended up being a murder.

Okay you worthless judges...slap him on the wrist and let him back out as usual. Us potential next victims would appreciate that.

When does a judge finally say enough is enough and entence a career criminal such as this to some serious hard time? By the looks of it his crimes seem to be getting more and more daring and violent, next thing you know he will be shotting someone and then MAYBE he will get some hard time!
