— A 20-year-old Raleigh man has been charged in connection with an armed robbery in Wake County last Wednesday, according to an arrest warrant.

The warrant states that Stephen Curtis Mills threatened a man with a handgun and robbed him of $40 and a cell phone.

Mills, of 2112 Ruark Court Apt. 304, was charged with one count of robbery with a dangerous weapon.

He was being held in the Wake County jail Sunday under a $100,000 secured bond. His first court appearance was set for Monday.
