RALEIGH, N.C. — A Raleigh man was arrested Saturday on child porn and sex charges for the second time in two months.

Daniel Louis Jenkins, 46, of 6909 River Run Apt. 21, faces charges of indecent liberties with a child, first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and disseminating obscene material to a minor under age 16.

An arrest warrant states that Jenkins had the child undress during a game of strip poker and then took pictures of the child.

He is also accused of committing "a lewd and lascivious act upon the body" of the same child and giving the child pornography, the warrant states.

Authorities said the child was less than 16 years old but didn't disclose the exact age or gender.

The alleged abuse occurred between August 2008 and June 2009.

Jenkins was arrested on June 22 on charges of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. A warrant stated that he had images of several children engaged in sexual activity.

He was being held in the Wake County jail Sunday under a $1.6 million bond. He was scheduled to appear in court Monday.
