Raleigh man arrested for car break-ins

— A Raleigh man faces charges for a string of car break-ins.

Cory Ellis, 37, is accused of breaking into 16 vehicles.

According to the arrest warrant, the break-ins happened over a four month period.

Ellis also faces charges for resisting arrest, police said.

He was being held Sunday afternoon at the Wake County Jail on $25,000 bond.
