Raleigh man accused of sexually abusing children
A 19-year-old Raleigh man has been accused of sexually abusing two children at least five years younger than him, according to arrest warrants.

RALEIGH, N.C. — A 19-year-old Raleigh man has been accused of sexually abusing two children at least five years younger than him, according to arrest warrants.
Frank Ricardo Piras, of 400 Lynchester Court, faces two counts of indecent liberties with a child and one count of first-degree degree sexual offenses.
The warrants state that the alleged abuse occurred in April and August.
Piras was placed in the Wake County jail under a $1 million bond.
