— A Raleigh man was arrested Monday after police say he exposed himself to two women and a 1½-year-old child on a city bus.

Johnnie Lamont Taylor, 40, whose address was listed as "anywhere" in Raleigh, was charged with two counts of indecent exposure. He was arrested at 4431 New Bern Ave.

No other information was released.

    Let's be fair and consistent in our reporting WRAL....... Please report the Race of the woman and child on the bus who this man exposed himself to? Consistent reporting, please.

    You're right. The state should help him out with his housing situation and lock him up for 20 years for, using your scenario as an example, being a repeat offender and not being able to keep his junk to himself. Scum.

    I bet this guy is already a registered sex offender and he is living on the streets because no one will rent to him. Insanity is to keep doing the same thing over and over like this guy and the SO laws.
