Raleigh man accused of DWI, hit-and-run

Raleigh, N.C. — Cary police arrested a Raleigh man early Tuesday morning after they say he left the scene of a wreck in which he hit a man with his vehicle.
Nelson George Troutman II, 35, of 10040 Sellona St., Raleigh, is charged with felony hit-and-run and driving while impaired.
According to an arrest warrant, the victim, Christopher Cranford, suffered broken teeth, cuts on his lip and a head injury.
