Raleigh father, daughter accused of running meth lab

— A Raleigh man and his 26-year-old daughter were arrested Thursday and charged with manufacturing methamphetamine inside their home while young children were present.

Authorities said that methamphetamine was manufactured and sold inside a home at 6814 Fayetteville Road while a 3-year-old and a 3-month-old child lived there.

Fred Bridges Stephenson, 57, was charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling for keeping or selling a controlled substance, possession and distribution of methamphetamine, conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and simple possession of a schedule four controlled substance.

Kelsey Rebecca Stephenson, Stephenson’s daughter and the mother of the two children, was charged with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine, manufacturing methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling for keeping or selling a controlled substance, possession and distribution of methamphetamine and child abuse creating a substantial risk and hazardous living environment for her children.

Dustin Lockamy, 27, the father of the two children, was charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling for keeping or selling a controlled substance and possession and distribution of methamphetamine.

All three are slated to make their first court appearance on Friday.

Another man and woman were also charged in the incident, although their relationship to the Stephensons and Lockamy is unknown.

Kelly Lourie Bennett, 26, was charged with possession and distribution of methamphetamine, conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and a probation violation.

Bobby Joe Wolffe, 27, was charged with possession and distribution of methamphetamine, conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine, carrying a concealed weapon and misdemeanor larceny.
