Raleigh police are asking for the public's help to identify a man wanted in three recent armed robberies.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police are asking for the public’s help to identify a man wanted in three recent armed robberies.

In each case, the man has worn the same disguise: a large wig and fake facial hair. He showed a gun and took money and cellphones before fleeing.

Raleigh police said the first robbery was at 8:30 p.m. on March 22 at a Subway restaurant in the 3000 block of Capital Boulevard.

The second robbery was about 9:45 p.m. on April 16 at a Papa John’s in the 5000 block of Capital Boulevard. In that case, the robber also struck an employee with the gun. The person was not seriously hurt.

The third robbery was about 9:30 p.m. at a Subway in the 4000 block of Pleasant Valley Road.
