I've seen a couple of updates on egg hunts that were scheduled for today across the region. If you plan on going to an egg hunt today, be sure to check with the organizers to make sure that it is still on and hasn't been canceled or postponed.

Here's what I know about this morning:

In Chapel Hill: Due to a rainy forecast for Saturday, March 19, the Chapel Hill Community Egg Hunt will now take place Sunday, March 20, from 2-4 p.m. All skilled egg hunters ages 2-10 are invited to participate. This free event will be packed full of crafts, games, food, prizes, inflatable fun and a visit from the Egg Hunt Bunny! The event will take place at Southern Community Park located at 1000 Sumac Road, Chapel Hill, NC. Located off of NC Highway 15-501 next to Market Street at Southern Village.

In Cary: Breakfast with the Bunny has been moved into the Cary Senior Center and will be held at its originally scheduled time, 8:30-9:30 a.m. The morning Egg Hunt will be held as scheduled at 10 a.m. The morning Magic Show has been moved into Bond Park Community Center at 10:30 a.m. All other entertainment has been canceled. The afternoon Egg Hunt has been canceled.
