Raeford man charged with sex offenses
A 31-year-old Raeford man faces charges of taking indecent liberties with a child and crimes against nature, according to the Hoke County Sheriff's office.

RAEFORD, N.C. — A 31-year-old Raeford man faces charges of taking indecent liberties with a child and crimes against nature, according to the Hoke County Sheriff's office.
Cedrick Sandor Parter, of 1037 Crawford Wright Road, was arrested Wednesday. He is charged with one count each of sexual activity by a substitute parent, indecent liberties with a child, crimes against nature and a statutory sexual offense against a person who is 15 years old.
Parter was being held Friday under a $60,000 bond at the Hoke County jail.
