A Hoke County man has been charged with attempted murder following a Sunday night shooting, authorities said Tuesday.

Tarodrick Markie Torrence, 19, of 6420 Turnpike Road in Raeford, was charged with attempted first-degree murder and shooting into an occupied dwelling. He was being held Tuesday in the Hoke County Jail under a $200,000 bond.

Lacorreon Tremayne Graham was shot several times during an altercation in his home, 275 Summerwood Drive in Raeford, authorities said. The shooting occurred at about 9:30 p.m. Sunday.

There was no word on Graham's condition Tuesday morning.
