Raeford police have issued arrest warrants for Tracy Tramaine Jones, 21, of Hamlet, charging him with a sex act by a custodian and misdemeanor sexual battery.

A resident of Monarch Group Home in Raeford, in the 100 block of Oak Street, told a staffer during a recent counseling session about a sexual encounter with Jones last November, police said.

@ bande118 I totally agree with your statement. I have worked with the mentally disabled as well and some of them will lie on you. Hopefully the allegations are not true.

This is a mentally sick individual himself to do something like this. Lock the cell door and throw away the key.

There is alot more info needed here before we come to judgement. It definately doesn't look good but my experience working with the mentally disabled tells me that alot can be said in session that isn't true. I hope this is the case. If it is lose the key.
