Question about seasonal food products from reader

One of our readers, Marcy, has a question about where to find specific seasonal fall food items. Can you help her out? Hopefully you have seen some of these items in your stores. Thanks for any help you can offer!

Here is Marcy's question:

"Hi Faye. I have a question that maybe your viewers can answer on your WRAL blog. Where is the best play to find new and seasonal products. I'm hearing that Pepperidge Farm has a pumpkin swirl and a caramel apple bread. I've heard Eggo will have pumpkin and a new granola waffles. Just wondering if there's a one-stop shop for this stuff or if I will have to search around. Thanks!

Marcy"

Have you seen the products Marcy is looking for including:

Pepperidge Farm pumpkin swirl bread (which sounds amazing!)

Pepperidge Farm caramel apple bread

Eggo pumpkin waffles

Eggo granola waffles

If you have seen any other tasty looking seasonal products, please let us know!

I was happy to see Betty Crocker Pumpkin Spice cookie pouch mix at Lowes Foods which is FREE with the store coupon from their ad 2 weeks ago and the .50/1 printable coupon on coupons.com! Love pumpkin, love cookies, really love FREE pumpkin cookies!

Not an item listed, but I bought the Pumpkin Spice K-cups from Super Target a couple weeks ago. They were on an end cap then. I had looked at a few other stores, and that was the only place I could find it.

faye, i thought the same thing but if you put a littel bit of that Land O Lakes cinnamon butter on it, uh.....yum

I saw the Pumpkin Spice Eggos in Walmart today (at 40/42 near Clayton).

The Target in Morrisville has the pumpkin waffles

Marcy, I saw the Pumkin Eggos at Harris Teeter on 401 and Ten Ten Road in the Garner area today. They are on sale for $2.

I bought the Pepp. Farm pumpkin bread this afternoon. While it is very good, it does not have a strong pumpkin flavor to me.

Target has their own Archer Farms seasonal breads in the bakery as well...Apple Fritter and Pumpkin Streusel. They also have Pepperidge Farms Pumpkin Cheesecake cookies and Caramel Apple Pie cookies at the Apex Super Target.

I've seen both Pepperridge Farms breads at Harris Teeter and Walmart. I have to check out Aldi today.

Kathy

I don't know about the specific products requested, but it's pumpkin spice week at Aldi right now! I was there on Thursday and bought pumpkin spice coffee, pumpkin spice creamer, pumpkin spice cream cheese, pumpkin spice bagels, pumpkin spice whoopie pie mix, pumpkin raviolis, pumpkin spice bark and pumpkin spice pancake/waffle mix. Yum! And there are many more pumpkin items that I didn't buy.

Target has both Pepperidge Farms breads. I was there yesterday and they were on an end cap. I bought the pumpkin swirl-yum!

That pumpkin swirl bread sounds amazing!
