Pullen Place cafe closed in January, but open this weekend

Pullen Place, the cafe at Pullen Park, is closed this month for some building repairs and to get ready for the very busy spring season.

But, because the repairs aren't slated to start until next week, the cafe will be open this weekend as temperatures are expected to soar into the 70s. Hours are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday and Sunday. They'll have a limited menu with snacks and drinks.

Pullen Park's rides are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Raleigh park's grounds and playground are open from dawn to dusk.
