Pullen Park's kiddie train will be closed for annual maintenance from Jan. 9 to Jan. 20.

If you head to Pullen Park this month, you'll notice some closures.
Pullen Park's kiddie train will be closed for annual maintenance from Jan. 9 to Jan. 20. The park's kiddie boats and pedal boats both are closed for the season, scheduled to reopen in March.
But the rest of the park is open for business. The carousel will remain open for rides from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., daily (though it is closed Jan. 1 for New Year's Day). The playground is open from dawn to dusk, daily.
Pullen Park is at 520 Ashe Ave. near downtown Raleigh.
