The next new stores are rumored Wake Forest and Chapel Hill. :)

Oh... I'm disappointed to hear that. DW still has a doctor or two in Apex, so Publix isn't much further if we're already out that way. I just keep forgetting it's there.

We seriously need to start emailing some of these grocery chains and letting them know how much $$$ they're missing out on by not having stores in JoCo. I like to think my email campaign to HT, shortly after we moved here, telling them about all the pricey new subdivisions near Flowers had a little something to do with them opening that store. Haha! ;)

Nope - no penny deals. That was one of the things I was really looking forward to. No double coupons and no penny deals. They do offer a ton of BOGO's each week and you can use a coupon on each one. They also have digital coupons and will become a Savingstar store in March. If there was one closer to me I would go for their loss leaders each week, but that side of Cary is way to far to drive for groceries.

I have yet to get over to Publix since they opened. Do they have the penny deals at this store? I know that was something they had in Tennessee.
