Public can be heard on plan for Raleigh's future

Raleigh, N.C. — Raleigh City Council will hold three public meetings during the remainder of the month to get public comment on the 2030 Comprehensive Plan.
Meetings are set for:
- Aug. 13: Southwest Public Meeting, in City Council Chambers at 6:30 p.m.
- Aug. 24: City Council Comp Planning Workshop in Council Chambers at 4 p.m.
- Aug. 31: City Council Comp Planning Workshop in Council Chambers at 4 p.m.
The August meetings are the last in a series to amend the plan, which outlines land use and development in the city for the next two decades.
