— Organizers said several dozen people on Saturday joined a protest outside Town Center Mall against what they call an indecent photograph.

Protesters planned to gather at Capital Boulevard and Old Wake Forest Road at 9 a.m.

The 10x10 photograph outside an Abercrombie & Fitch store shows a shirtless man with his jeans pulled down low.

On their Web site, protest organizers say both Abercrombie & Fitch and mall management have refused their request to move the photograph inside the store.

I don't find anything wrong with the photo there. Of course, I am insensitive and believe that the world is dirty and that I should not be offended.

After all, it was John Ashcroft that covered up the NUDE lady justice.

I happen to think Michaelangelo's David is a find piece of art. Why is this any different?

Come on people, when has Amber & Finch EVER posted an ad where you can actually see the models in the photos wearing the clothes? I completely agree with Hevans1012, it was more dangerous to have the children on Capital Blvd. then looking at a picture in the mall. It's the human body, it's an art form. It's no different than Victoria's Secret or going to the beach. If you are a parent (I have 3 kids of my own) and are concerned about this, find a way to use it as a teaching tool for your kids on the proper way to wear clothing.
In the world of money and advertising, you are not going to stop people from shopping at TTC or that store. Mall management will not care either, because as long as Amber & Finch pays their store rent they really do not care.
Find a bigger social cause to take a stand on and help make a difference there.

I am sure if this was some woman in a low-cut bikini, this guy would care less. Maybe he's a bit homophobic, but he's definately got too much time on his hands.

What killed me is seeing the small kids out on Capital Blvd. in the heat and on a very busy and dangerous road! The kids looked terribly hot and only there because mommy & daddy not wanting them to see what they could see at the beach anyhoo!

If this all they have to protest about, that is pretty pathetic.
