With ACC basketball Thursday night, the primetime line-up of dramas will be disrupted.

There are several options for fans of those shows:

CBS.com posts full episodes of most shows online for viewing the day after their original air date.

WRAL-TV broadcasts those shows during the wee hours of the morning for those who prefer to record them and watch later.

Here is the schedule:

The rescheduled Battle of the Blues, pitting Duke against the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill will tip at 9 p.m. on WRAL-TV.

Late-night programs, WRAL's News at 11, "Late Show with David Letterman" and "Late, Late Show with Craig Ferguson" will immediately follow the game, soon after 11 p.m.

Regular primetime programs, "Two and a Half Men," "The Millers" and a repeat of "Elementary," are scheduled to air beginning at 1:37 a.m. To get all of those programs, record from 1:30 a.m. to 4:30 a.m.

I would like to suggest that WRAL go to a full time sports channel. Or even better put your sports on at 1 am and leave the regular programing alone. Two weeks in a row cancelling regular programing. Enough already with the sports. There are some people who don't like sports all the time.

I agree with Katzlover - leave the regular programming alone and run the games on WRAL2.......best of both worlds!

Why does WRAL assume everyone wants to see these garbage basketball games?
