Visitors to San Francisco often admire the lovely architecture, with some neighborhoods boasting long rows of Victorian, Edwardian, and Beaux Arts beauties. Jackson Street is one of the many San Francisco streets famous for its unbroken row of architectural glory, but it comes at a pretty penny: in 2013, three of the most expensive home sales of the year took place on Jackson Street.
2020 Jackson sold at a "discounted" $12.75 million, down from its listing price of $14.9 million. 2504 Jackson, which had received extensive treatment from San Francisco remodeling firms, sold for $13 million. 3660 Jackson went for a cool $18 million, half a million dollars above the asking price. Suffice it to say that if you're looking for an elite Jackson Street address, you'd better be willing to pay the piper!
