The public is invited to attend and bring their own items to display. It could be tickets to a Durham Bulls game, a housewarming gift, a picture of their family in front of their Durham home or school, or any number of items. Photos and information about the items will be gathered into a scrapbook, which will be on display at the Durham History Hub starting March 15. After the exhibit, the scrapbook materials will be permanently housed in the North Carolina Collection at Durham County Library, according to a press release.
Pre-registration is not required. Durham newcomers and natives are invited. You can just show up with your memories.
