We need to enforce the law and start handing out fines... we should also write new legislation that if a sign is placed on private property without permission, the candidates should be subject to civil penalties.

Signs should be removed within 15 days of the election, according to Wake BOE. Also, there's a Raleigh ordinance that says a fine can be administered for signs placed in public right-of-ways (http://www.raleighnc.gov/neighbors/content/Inspections/Articles/PoliticalSignRegulations.html).

beadancerm, There are 11 Recycling Convenience Centers in Wake County (that's the "any" part of the article) plus the Mini-City Drop Off site. My old school math says 11+1= 12, not 2.

We need to recycle politicians. They can be greeters at Walmart.

I live in a prime location and am sickened by all of these political signs that pop up on my yard out of nowhere... these acts should be criminally and civilly penalized. Needless to say, i have a ton of yard signs in my shed that I am going to be putting up in Bev's garden tonight.

How does 2 locations equal many locations? The media kills me!
