Police seek men who used stolen credit cards at Fayetteville Walmart

Police said that two unknown men broke into several vehicles in the Carson Allen Road area of Hope Mills on Oct. 21 and stole wallets, debit cards, and cash. The stolen cards were later used by the two men at a Walmart on Ramsey Street in Fayetteville.

Police seek men who used stolen credit cards at Walmart
FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office is seeking public assistance in identifying two men who fraudulently used credit cards at a Fayetteville Walmart.

Police said that two unknown men broke into several vehicles in the Carson Allen Road area of Hope Mills on Oct. 21 and stole wallets, debit cards, and cash. The stolen cards were later used by the two men at a Walmart on Ramsey Street in Fayetteville.

The two men, who were captured by Walmart security cameras, were also caught on camera at a Murphy Oil shop on Ramsey Street. That video showed the men getting into a gray Dodge Magnum.

Anyone with information about the crimes or the whereabouts of the men is asked to call the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office at 910-323-1500 or Crime Stoppers at 910-483-8477.
