Police seek leads to find missing Fayetteville man

Police in Fayetteville are looking for a man who went missing after he left work two weeks ago to run some errands.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Police in Fayetteville are looking for a man who went missing after he left work two weeks ago to run some errands.

Authorities said Friday that James Allan Chambers II, 28, hasn't been seen since Aug. 15.

He did not report to work the following Monday and hasn't been in touch with his family.

Someone reported him missing on Wednesday.

Chambers is white, 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs between 170 and 190 pounds. He has short brown hair, green eyes and a tribal art tattoo on his right shoulder.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call Fayetteville police at 910-366-5853 or Crime Stoppers at 910-483-8477.
