Durham police are searching for a 15-year-old girl who has been missing since January.

DURHAM, N.C. — Durham police are searching for a 15-year-old girl who has been missing since January.

Authorities said Lyiah Faison was last seen on Jan. 30 at her home on Cook Road.

Faison is described as a light-complexion black girl who is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.

Authorities said Faison has a tattoo of a star on her right cheek and tattoos on her chest and right shoulder.

Authorities believe Faison may be in the Greensboro area.
