— Police were searching Wednesday for a Goldsboro woman who has been missing since last Friday.

Jean Metzger Hubbard, 66, of 1017 S. Taylor St., was last seen leaving work Friday evening. Those who know her told police that it was out of character for her to miss work in recent days.

Hubbard is white, stands about 4 feet, 11 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. She has red to auburn hair and blue eyes.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call Investigator Dwayne Bevell of the Goldsboro Police Department at 919-580-4243 or police dispatch at 919-705-6572.
