Woman shot in Apex; police searching for suspect
Authorities said a woman was shot Friday evening at 4629 Arrowhead Drive in Apex.
Posted — UpdatedAPEX, N.C. — Authorities said a woman was shot Friday around 6 p.m. at 4629 Arrowhead Drive in Apex.
Three vehicles were parked near the home when an altercation occurred, police said. Witnesses told police they spotted a sedan, truck, both green, and a red Dodge Charger.
Delphie McClain, 56, was taken to WakeMed with non-life threatening injuries, according to authorities.
Officials said the investigation is ongoing. No further information has been released.
