Police probe armed robbery of Southern Pines store

A man entered the Kangaroo store, 10805 U.S. Highway 15-501, at 10:15 p.m., police said. He used a handgun to rob the store.

The robber wore a black hoodie, black sunglasses and black pants and shoes.
