Fayetteville police are trying to identify a man who exposed himself to a 7-year-old girl at a children's consignment shop last Wednesday.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Fayetteville police are trying to identify a man who exposed himself to a 7-year-old girl at a children's consignment shop last Wednesday.

Investigators said that the man exposed himself to the girl while she and her mother were shopping at Once Upon a Child, 5075 Morganton Road, Suite 10, around 2 p.m. June 17. The child immediately told her mother, and the man left the store.

He was described as a white man in his mid 20s, with a medium build. He had dark hair and a scruffy, unshaven appearance. He wore blue jeans, a blue shirt and two-toned running shoes.
