Police: Man exposed himself near school bus stop

Raleigh police are looking for a man who exposed himself to children near a bus stop Tuesday.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police are looking for a man who exposed himself to children near a bus stop Tuesday.

Two girls, a 12-year-old and 15-year-old, were on their way to a school bus stop in the 2700 block of Sanderford Road when they were approached by a man who exposed himself at about 7 a.m., police said.

The man, who has not been identified or located, was described as being dark-complexioned and in his twenties or thirties. He is believed to be between 5 feet 11 inches and 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighing 200-220 pounds.

He was said to have a “scruffy” beard and a short Afro hairstyle that appeared unkempt.

The man was wearing a white v-neck T-shirt and dark blue trousers or jeans. He fled into a nearby wooded area, police said.
