The NC Sex Offender registry lists his address as 5135 Carolina Beach Rd., Wilmington. This says he's a Boone resident. Which one's correct?

Two things will likely occur from this. First, this sicko will get a slap on the wrist. Second, the people will know nothing about it. The DA who brokered a deal, the judge who allowed it... nothing about the elected officials that DO NOT/DID NOT/WILL NOT SERVE the people. The job of the journalist is to report. WRAL do your job - name names so the public can be informed in November!

He will probably get probation and some hokey therapy plan.

WRAL please keep on top of this case for us.

BradDavis - Prisons are full of child molesters. The other inmates don't care. They might have looked down on child offenders at one point years ago, but not anymore. It's up to us a a society to deal with these predators, not the other prisoners, if we want it done right.
