Police charged a Lillington business owner in a shooting that was originally reported as an accident.

According to the Harnett County Sheriff's Office, Eddie Smith, owner of Smith Farm Services, shot Terry Campbell, 57, of Lillington, July 23 after the two argued at Smith's farm. Campbell is one of Smith's employees.

I love how the person who does the shooting gets arrested for his crime (as he should) but yet the other person who lied to police by giving a false account of what happened will go completely free!!
