Raleigh police are investigating a shooting that wounded a 23-year-old man Sunday afternoon.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police are investigating a shooting that wounded a 23-year-old man Sunday afternoon.

Officers responded to the shooting in the 2800 block of Filbert Street at about 2:20 p.m. and located Marquis Overby, who was suffering from a gunshot wound.

Oberby was taken to WakeMed, where he was listed in stable condition.
