charmcclainlovesdogs2- Why is it always the gun? We don't blame cars for DUI deaths, spoons for making people fat or pencils for misspelling words. If this guy had been stabbed to death would you want all knives taken away? If he was beaten to death would you want a background check to by your kid a T-Ball set?

charmcclainlovesdogs2, you said it best, a loaded gun in the wrong hands. Criminals don't abide by the rules and laws, let alone gun laws. We should not take something from someone who has done no wrong, we need to raise our children to be better people, not leave it up to the schools or daycares to raise them.

had gunshot wounds

GUN CONTROL, FOR SURE!! A LOADED GUN IN THE WRONG HANDS. I WILL CONTINUE TO SAY THIS UNTIL SOMETHING IS DONE. TOO MANY GETTING INJURED AND MOST OF ALL KILLED. WHAT IF IT WAS YOUR LOVE ONE, WOULD YOU WANT SOMETING DONE? THINK ABOUT THAT FOR A SEC.

Now that's how you earn the title, "All American City."

Unfortunately, I am not surprised.
