Authorities said that Regina Durr, 24, was caring for her nephew at a relative’s home in the 800 block of Zadock Drive Saturday and attempted to drown and smother him.

What is going through her mind to cause her to do this? Please WRALnation help me figure out what she could be thinking. This is a Chinese puzzle to me. Of course, I do not have to know; however, there is consolation in understanding.
