Police direct traffic after power outage near NC State

— Power was out in Raleigh Thursday afternoon for about two hours in an area near North Carolina State University.

Raleigh Police Department Spokesman Jim Sughrue said officers directed traffic and signals were out on Western Boulevard between Method and Avent Ferry roads and on Gorman Street between Western and Avent Ferry.
