— Fayetteville police were seeking the public's help late Friday to find a toddler and 4-day old who were reported missing following a domestic incident involving their parents.

Tillman Freeman, 30, has been charged with two counts each of child abuse and child endangerment.

Police said Freeman won't tell them anything about the whereabouts of 2-year-old Serenity Freeman or 4-day-old Genesis Freeman.

Tillman Freeman's spouse was in a local hospital when the children disappeared. Authorities said the children, who are considered in danger, may be in need of food and medical care.
