FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Fayetteville police were seeking the public's help late Friday to find a toddler and 4-day old who were reported missing following a domestic incident involving their parents.

Tillman Freeman, 30, has been charged with two counts each of child abuse and child endangerment.

Police said Freeman won't tell them anything about the whereabouts of 2-year-old Serenity Freeman or 4-day-old Genesis Freeman.

Tillman Freeman's spouse was in a local hospital when the children disappeared. Authorities said the children, who are considered in danger, may be in need of food and medical care.

Detective said Tillman Freeman may have been driving a dark green 1993 Toyota Camry with a North Carolina license plate EJX-8711 when the children went missing.

Anyone with information about the location of the vehicle or the whereabouts of Serenity or Genesis should call 911 or Crime Stoppers at 910-483-8477.
