In short, podcasts are audio and video programs that are available for download onto your computer and transfer to an iPod or any portable media device that supports audio and video files.
WRAL.com is making available the latest newscast, plus our weekly public affairs show, Headline Saturday, N.C. Spin, and Spiritual Awakening, a weekly show featuring religious music. Additionally, we now make daily news and weather updates available as video downloads.
How Do I Get It?
Getting the daily podcast is surprisingly easy -- and free! Several free programs are available online that will allow you to download the daily MP3 feeds. iTunes is a free music player that can be used on both Windows and Apple machines.
